- What do you normally use your computer for, and what problems were you having?
- I use my computer every day and rely on it for lots of things – personal and business use (email, internet, photos, videos, word processing, recording music) and also writing (Bloomsbury are publishing “4 Musical Steps” teaching books in August 2012).
- How did we meet your expectations? (…or otherwise!)
- The service was amazing. I got my computer back completely fixed (new HD) but most importantly, all my data was saved. I do back up, but was a couple of weeks out of date, and there were some really important emails on there, along with some videos with a lot of sentimental value.
- What did you think of our 24-hour rapid repair service?
- Brilliant, thanks.
- How did our service affect your ability to keep your business running?
- The most important aspect was data retrieval – without that I’d have gaps in my records. The speed of the repair was also very impressive, and would have been even more vital if I hadn’t had another computer to use in the meantime.
- Is there anything else you’d like to add?
- Yes – I was really impressed with Steve. When I initially phoned he talked me through what might be the matter, and it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. I’d very highly recommend this repair service, in fact I have already done so.
