If you own an Apple Macintosh computer and your installation of macOS (also known as OS X and Mac OS X) is faulty and requires recovery or reinstallation, or you simply want to upgrade to a newer version- you’ve come to the right place! Mac Repair at Disc Depot offers a wide range of services related to macOS and OS X– and we can also deal with problems with other software running under it such as office and browser applications.

Perhaps you have questions. For example, will your Mac support an upgrade? If not, what is the newest version that your Mac can run? How easy the process be? Will you be able to keep your existing software?

Generally speaking, if you simply have an OS problem you need fixed, we won’t perform a complete reinstall unless absolutely necessary. Anyone can overwrite your existing system with a fresh installation, but it takes a bit more skill to preserve your existing setup!

    …as well as various other post-OS X models. Though we’ll be honest here and tell you that even we can’t install macOS Mojave on your 1993 PowerBook 180c (right)- we’re good, but we’re not that good!

We don’t have the space (or time!) to list all possible variations of the software we can support, but safe to say that if you’re having trouble with an application running on your Mac, we should be the first people you speak to about it!
