Generally speaking, if you simply have an OS problem you need fixed, we won’t perform a complete reinstall unless absolutely necessary. Anyone can overwrite your existing system with a fresh installation, but it takes a bit more skill to preserve your existing setup!

…as well as various other post-OS X models. Though we’ll be honest here and tell you that even we can’t install MacOS “Golden Gate” on your 1993 PowerBook 180c (right)- we’re good, but we’re not that good!

Remember- it’s not just macOS and OS X we support, but also much of the software running under it. We don’t have the space (or time!) to list all possible variations of the software we can support, but safe to say that if you’re having trouble with an application running on your Mac, we should be the first people you speak to about it!
